Changes with biff4emacsen 0.2

 -New parameters:
    -i num
	Changes the maildir checking interval to num sec.
    -p path
	This path element is prepended to every maildir path given as a
	relativ path (see -f). 
    -P path
	This path element is appended to every maildir path, which doesn't
	stop with a '/'.

  These new parameters have their corresponding customizable lisp vars.

 -The update interval of the mail icon is customizable now.
