Changes with flood 0.2.2

  - Make parameters available via FlOoD dAtA fIlE:
      sourceaddress (srcaddr), sourceport (srcport),
      destinationaddress (dstaddr), destinationport (dstport),
      broadcast (bcast), multicast (mcast), tcp,
      delay, packets, verbose
      
    These parameters are overwritable by their command line
    equivalents.
	
  - Ignore thrown SIGPIPE on platforms that don't support the
    MSG_NOSIGNAL flag.
